Position Yourself as an Expert
The most effective way to dominate a niche within your chosen marketplace... and ultimately increase sales and profits... is to position yourself as "the" expert! By developing top of mind name recognition and the reputation as an authority figure, demand for your advice, products and services will skyrocket.

It's time to put modesty behind! Deep down you KNOW that you have an enormous amount of expertise that elevates you head and shoulders above the crowd; you owe it to yourself (as well as your customers in specific and the community in general) to convey that in every possible way so they know how and where to go for the information they need!

During this fun and interactive presentation, Top Dog Eileen Proctor will reveal her Top 10 Low Cost/No Cost Ways to Position Yourself As An Expert... the same ones she's utilized to establish herself as a powerhouse within the business, consumer and not-for-profit markets. You'll be empowered with easy-to-implement, actionable tactics that will quickly and successfully elevate YOU to your rightful position as "leader of the pack"!

Shades of Green and Natural in Operating a Pet Care Facility
Knowing that the pets in our lives are subject to the same nutritional, environmental and chemical stresses we are and that the affect on their lives is as direct as it is on ours. Charlotte feels strongly that even a "little bit" of green is better than none knowing what we do in our personal and business lives has an effect on our environment and our world.

It may not be possible to build or operate a fully "green" facility based on many factors, such as location, age and design of your facility. It may not be possible to operate an "all natural" facility, based on these same factors. However, there are shades of green and natural the pet care industry can embrace; from the simple effort of using energy saving light bulbs and recycling to incorporating professional architecturally designed environmentally friendly elements into our new additions and new construction.
